A nail bitting truth in the Malegaon blast, as suspended ATS officer discloses the case.

In a most explosive revelation ever, a former member of the Mumbai ATS, currently suspended, told that the recovered RDX that Lt Col Purohit was accused of having supplied to the Malegaon bombers was planted by the ATS under the then government's instructions.

Mehboob Abdul Karim Mujawar, who was an ATS insider said, that the RDX was planted by the ATS officers and then government.

On the 29th November, 2008, a bomb concealed an LML motorcycle, killing 7 people and 79 injured. Initial investigation took place, ATS (Anti-Terror Squad) filed charge sheet and arrested Pragya Thakur Lt. col. Shrikant Purohit and retired Maj. Ramesh Upadhyay. According to the charge sheet filed by ATS, Purohit wants a separate constitution for Hindu and different flag (bhagwa flag). Further, Purohit also said that we will eliminate all those who don’t follow Abhinav Bharat (a pro Hindu organization).

On 27th December, 2015 NIA (National Investigation Agency) court gave their judgement in 2008 Malegaon case that, the two-people accused will not be given bail and will face trail under the section 16 (committing a terror attack) and section 18 (criminal conspiracy) of the Unlawful Activities Prevention Act (UAPA) and section 120 (b) (criminal conspiracy), 302 (murder), 307 (attempt to murder) of IPC.

Mehboob Mujawar said various things related to the 10-year-old blast case in which Military personnel were accused. Both the officers were the first among the defense services who were involved in this type of cases.

"Whoever the ATS officials were at the time planted the RDX. It could be the government also, “said Mujawar. "It was someone from the system. It includes the ATS and everyone from the system. Such a huge amount of RDX is not something very usual,” said the ATS insider. "It came from outside. someone got it from outside. Some of it was recovered, some of it was left. some of it was said to be recovered, the other was left,” he added.

When he was asked was he involved with the team that planted the RDX, the ATS insider said that he was not involved with the RDX, he was a part of the covering party and was witnessing all of this.

"I was not involved with the RDX. I was a part of the covering party. I was an eyewitness," said Mehboob Abdul Karim Mujawar.

Mujawar also said that he has the evidence in documents and in photographs and he will be presenting the evidences in the court.
